Apple iPad event set for March 7, 10am PT

Apple has sent out press invitations for their iPad 3 unveiling, set of March 7 at 10am PT. The invitation reads:
We have something you really have to see. And touch.
BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 Walkthrough
RIM released the long awaited update for the Playbook called OS 2.0. We have installed it on our demo unit and it’s actually quite functional. From our point of view all we’re missing is skype and a decent RDP client and we can honestly say we have a winner!

Microsoft reveals Windows 8′s new logo: ‘It’s a window… not a flag’

I had to post this article that came up today, simply because I think it’s funny.
We’re in the middle of learning social media, new website, etc etc and like other companies we’re always thinking of how to communicate better with our clients and improve our image.
The story here is simple. Microsoft hires a marketing company to help develop a new logo. This company finally has the for site to say “Your name is Windows. Why are you a flag?”
And now Microsoft new logo is a Window! I love it, and I think what I like best is that Microsoft is listening to what people have to say and what they think of them.
Microsoft has a great future ahead of them, keep your eye out for Windows 8 articles. As consumers you will want to know as much as you can about this new windows as it’s going to be as the Apple killer in 2-4 years.
iPad 3 announcement March 7

According to sources who have been reliable in the past, Apple currently plans to hold their iPad 3 announcement on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Along with the 2048×1536 Retina display, the iPad 3 will feature a quad-core Apple 6 system-on-a-chip, and possibly 4G LTE networking. Read the rest of this entry »
